Is the world as bad as we think it is? How is it possible to be an optimist when there’s so much suffering happening around us? We live in a time when we are constantly inundated with a negative stream of news, and while I definitely don’t have all the answers or solutions, I hope this video helps you see the side that’s often left untouched by our news cycle: the good.

Nilsen began her YouTube channel on October 23, 2009, because she wanted to share her feeling of confidence with other people and push herself to overcome her fear of public speaking. In her videos she covers topics such as fashion, lifestyle and make-up. Nilsen currently has over 4 million subscribers.
Nilsen also maintains a second channel on YouTube entitled “TheGridMonster” on which she posts her vlogs and more candid content.
In mid-2014, Nilsen began working with CoverGirl, becoming the first YouTube personality to represent the brand. In late 2014, Nilsen became a judge on the reality television show Project Runway: Threads. At the 2014 Teen Choice Awards, Nilsen was nominated for Choice Web Star: Fashion/Beauty.

Tiffany started working in the realm of retail makeup and quickly discovered her true passion; to pursue a career as a professional makeup artist. The diversity of experience she gained from working with a variety of brands like Mac, Shu Uemura, Dolce & Gabanna and Laura Mercier played a huge role in the development of her career. While working for Shu Uemura, she soon met Gina Brooke and started assisting her for years to follow. Tiffany has been in the makeup department for three back to back of Madonna’s tours, one of which she was trusted to lead the makeup department for the dancers. Her most recent endeavor is through the art of DIY style makeup tutorials in which she hopes to share the tips and ticks she has learned through the years of professional make up.
